As both a participant and provider, I know how many challenges can arise when trying to find the help you need so deciding to start is huge. I have been working professionally now for 6 years but I view myself as continuing to learn every day, so help me get to know you. Therapy is a collaborative process so the more we can get to know one another, the more this partnership can be fruitful. Whether you need individual, family, or parenting services, I am well-versed in working with different groups and individuals. My training and experience has made me especially educated in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting challenges, family conflict, life changes, amongst many other things.
